You receive a formal proposal detailing the agreed deliverables, technology architecture, confirmed price, and milestone-based delivery dates. We never start development without an agreed scope, protecting you from unexpected price hikes.

Software that is hard to use will be rejected by your staff. We design clean, high-contrast, clutter-free layouts with large touch targets, intuitive button sequences for fast counter billing, and readable text designed for all screen sizes.

We write clean, modular code following industry standards: Android native components, responsive web frontends, and reliable Firebase / database backend layers. You receive periodic milestone progress updates so you always know where your project stands.

Before any software is handed over, we conduct rigorous testing: arithmetic accuracy on tax calculations, offline caching behavior, barcode scanning reliability, multi-screen responsiveness, and edge-case validation. You are provided with a test build to review directly.

Once approved, we deploy your web application or assist with Android APK installation on your business devices. We initialize your master catalogs, assist with initial data entry, guide your staff through practical usage, and hand over project files and credentials.

Every completed project includes an agreed post-handover warranty window to fix any unforeseen bugs. For ongoing security patches, database backups, or future feature expansion, we provide flexible, clearly documented support arrangements.
